Discharge condition 4 of LA06/2025/0566/F: No dwelling shall be occupied until the final details of the equipment to be provided in the play park shown on Drawing No. 06C of LA06/2021/0061/F is submitted to and agreed in writing by the Council. No more than 100 of the dwellings hereby approved shall be occupied on the site until the proposed play park has been provided in accordance with the approved details. The play park shall be permanently retained thereafter and shall not be used for any purpose other than a play park. Reason: To ensure the provision of a play park within the site.
