Discharge of condition 2 of approvalLA06/2025/0566/F: All hard and soft landscape works shall be carried out in accordance with details shown on Drawing No.06C of LA06/2021/0061/F; the approved planting plans Drawings No.28B of LA06/2021/0061/F and No.29B of A06/2021/0061/F, and the approved planting schedule (except in so far as they relate to the proposed SuDS Pond which shall be carried out in accordance with details to be subsequently approved under condition no. 17) and the appropriate British Standard or other recognised Codes of Practice. Prior to the occupation of any dwelling details of the proposed phased implementation of all hard and soft landscaping works must be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Council. The hard and soft landscaping works shall be implemented in accordance with the details and timings agreed in the approved phasing plan. All hard landscape works shall be permanently retained in accordance with the approved details. Reason: To ensure the provision, establishment and maintenance of a high standard of landscape.
