Discharge of Condition 22 of Planning Approval LA06/2021/0061/F which states - Prior to the commencement of development, a plan showing details and the locations of bollards at the entrances to the pedestrian and cycle link with Old Forge Avenue shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Council. The bollards shall be erected in the positions agreed prior to the use of the pedestrian and cycle link. No more than 100 houses hereby approved shall be occupied prior to the construction and delivery of the pedestrian and cycle connection to Old Forge Avenue in accordance with Drawing No. 06C.
