Proposal

T1 Beech: Crown reduction of the north, east and branch reduction to clear property to the south. Crown reduce extension and extended branches using 'drop crotch' reduction, the tree is not to be 'lollpop' reduced with multiple tipped back growth points, good apical branch leaders must be retained to ensure proper natural growth and to reduce a 'hedge' type regrowth that will increase wind loading on the ends of crown branches. The exposed branches from the lost limb and canopy to the north west should be reduced by 1-1.5m to tuck in the exposed branch tips. Minimum crown reduction to be: 4m North, 4m East, 1m South (only to clear property by 1.5m) and 1.5m North west spread from 19m to 15m, height from 22m to 20m. Data via plota.co.uk

Nutrient neutrality catchment: Yare Broads and Marshes
New homes and overnight accommodation must show nutrient neutrality before approval.
Natural England advice: extra wastewater in these catchments harms protected habitats, so schemes must offset their nutrient load, usually through credits.
Bracondale conservation area
Demolition needs planning permission and permitted development is restricted.
The council must give weight to preserving or enhancing the area's character and appearance. Not every council has published its boundaries as open data.
