Description
T1 & T2 (Leylandii, 7m height): Fell to near ground level and grind down the stumps where access allows. The trees are too large for the site, are growing directly into the wall, and are obstructing access. T3 (Walnut, 9m height): Fell to near ground level and grind down the stump where access allows. The tree is too large for the site, is actively causing damage to the wall, and poses a future structural risk. In order to ensure there is no long term loss of amenity value as required by S.197 of the Town and Country Planning Act (1990) and to adhere to the Hackney Local Plan 2033 policy LP51 B, three replacement trees will be planted in publicly visible places within the front or rear gardens. The new trees will be Standard size (8-10 cm) girth, 3.0–3.5m height, native species or ones known to provide benefits to local wildlife, climate resilient, and species which are not considered invasive in Hackney. The replacement trees shall be planted during the planting season at the time of felling (end October - end March) or during the next immediately available planting season. Data via plota.co.uk
