T1 is a Catalpa tree located in the rear garden of 28 Baskerville Road, please see attached map. The tree is growing in close proximity to a boundary wall and is starting to damage the wall. The tree needs to be removed so that repair/construction works can take place and so that possible future damage risk is removed. T2-Prunus Reduce height by 1-2 metres as directed by client. T2 is a prunus tree located in the rear garden of 28 Baskerville Road, please see attached map. The works are a part of a regular maintenance programme. The works will improve the aesthetics of the tree. T3-Japanese acer Dig out as much of the tree and roots as possible, maintaining healthy root system to allow for replanting in current location of T4. T3 is a Japanese acer located in the rear garden of 28 Baskerville Road, please see attached map. The tree is growing in close proximity of T1 and the boundary wall and needs to be removed for the works to commence.
