Please refer to tree map/survey for tree identification numbers. Front garden: T14 - Hawthorne (Crataegus), fell and grind the stump to below ground level. T12 - Yew tree (Taxus), crown reduce by no more than 3.0m in height and trim the remaining canopy as hard as possible whilst retaining the greenery. Rear garden: T3 - Lime tree (Tilia), fell to stump level and grind the stump to approx. 300mm below ground level to prevent future regrowth. T10 - Horse-chestnut (Aesculus hippocastanum), crown reduce by no more than 1.0m in both height and lateral spread, retaining suitable regrowth points where possible. H1 - Bay tree (Laurus nobilis) situated and staggered along the rear right hand side of the garden, reduce in height by approx 1.5m. T5 - Fig tree (Ficus ), reduce by no more than 2.0m T6 - Multi-stemmed Bay tree (Laurus nobilis), pollard - reducing the size of the tree to an ultimate standing height of 5.0m to allow the tree to be maintained as a smaller structure. T7 - Sycamore (Acer pseudoplatanus), crown reduce back to the most recent previous points of reduction, removing approx. 1.0m of regrowth.
