26/1210/TCA - Works to trees in a conservation area Awaiting decision

Proposal

Tree identification: One mature broadleaf tree located within the boundary of 47 Taylors Court (private flats), with the trunk and primary root system situated on the neighbour?s property side of the boundary fence. I believe the tree to be a fast-growing ornamental or estate tree species, though I am not certain of the exact species. Works proposed: The tree has grown significantly beyond the boundary line and is overhanging into my property at 45 Oaklands Avenue. The proposed works are to: Prune back all overhanging branches to the boundary line, or to suitable secondary growth points where necessary Remove branches in direct contact with the roof structure to prevent ongoing damage Restore clear separation between the tree canopy and the property boundary All works will be carried out in accordance with good arboriculture practice and will not extend beyond the boundary line.
