There are two mature beech trees at the bottom of my garden which are in the conservation area. They have grown very tall and one overhangs my neighbour?s garden. I would like to top the trees and allow my neighbour to reduce two branches which overhang her garden as she is worried they may break off and fall on her grandchildren.
