P/2026/02427/TREE - Works to Tree(s) in Conservation Area REGISTERED: Under Assessment

Proposal

T1 Pine - Fell The tree has now significantly outgrown its location and has developed a noticeable lean. The tree provides little or no useful screening at lower level due to the absence of lower branches, and meaningful reduction is not considered appropriate due to the species and its existing form. Its size and dense canopy are also having a substantial impact on the garden below, leaving the area extremely dry and difficult to maintain. The neighbouring residents have also expressed their support for removal. Following discussion between those affected, it has been agreed that removal of the tree is the most appropriate long-term solution. There are other trees that have grown up and provide better amenity Data via plota.co.uk
