Proposal
T1 - Leylandii - Reduce the height of the tree by 4 to 5m and where/if necessary bring the sides in by 1 to 2m if needed. The tree is a very mature and tall, stands at approximately 15 to 20m tall. Reducing the height would improve stability as it would reduce its exposure to wind and the leverage exerted on its trunks and roots as well as allowing more light into the gardens and neighbouring properties.
