26/2250 - Conservation Area Tree Notification Registered

Proposal

G1 ? Line/group of trees, including the Oak tree, located along the side boundary of 92 Roe Lane adjacent to Roe Lane. Reduce the overall height of all trees within G1 by approximately 3?4 metres, to leave a final height of approximately 8 metres above ground level. Reduce the lateral spread of the trees by up to 2 metres, pruning back to suitable growth points while retaining a balanced form. Retain all trees, including the Oak tree. No tree removal is proposed. The purpose of the works is to reduce the overgrown height and spread of the boundary trees and to re-establish them as a manageable hedge/boundary screen.
