26/00683/TWA - Tree Works to TPO Tree(s) Pending Consideration

Proposal

Tree Identification: Holly referred to T1 on plan. Description of Works: Fully fell the remaining 6-7 feet Holly standing trunk and grind out the root flare. This is the only Preservation Tree on the boarder of the subject property. Reasons for Work: ????1????The tree was previously topped by a past occupant. ????2????The trunk sits directly on the boundary line, completely preventing the installation of a secure fence to close an open gap leading to the public street behind. ????3????We request that any replanting is waived as the boundary line lacks the physical space for a future mature tree, and the existing row of very tall, mature protected trees directly behind the site already fully preserves the area.
