26/0587/TPO - Works to a tree with a TPO Approved

Proposal

T1 Sycamore - Remove Reason: Due to concerns regarding the structural integrity of the twin-stemmed union, including a visible split within the bark at the union. T2 Ash - Remove Reason: The tree is showing signs of Ash Dieback and is significantly suppressed by the surrounding trees, including Sycamore and Norway Maple. G5 - 1 x Sycamore - Remove Reason: Due to concerns regarding the twin-stemmed union and suspected decay at the union. The tree is also located in close proximity to the neighbouring property. T3 Norway Maple, T8 Ash, T9 Ash, T10 Ash, G3 (4 x Sycamore), G4 (2 x Ash and 1 x Sycamore) and G5 (2 x Sycamore) - General Maintenance and Deadwood Removal Reason: To carry out general maintenance and remove deadwood, particularly from the Ash trees showing early signs of Ash Dieback. The works are intended to maintain the trees in a safe and manageable condition and help prolong their retention where reasonably practicable. G4 Sycamore - Reduction of Long Lateral Limb Reason: To reduce the length and weight of the lateral limb back to a suitable growing point, helping to restore a more balanced and appropriate crown form.
