Please see sketch attached for identification of the tree in question. It is one single tree that this request is for. The tree sits within the boundary of 150 Kew Road (my property). It is a small cherry tree. The trunk is lower than 1meter from the ground however the branches stemming from the trunk are around 10cm in diameter. The tree itself is leaning and blocking significant light into the property, the trunk is brittle/damaged and with bark peeling. The proposal is to cut down the small tree, dig out the stump and to replant flowers and vegetation in its place to improve the aesthetic of the garden whilst also allowing more light into the property. The tree does not have a TPO, the other trees on the property will not be touched. Data via plota.co.uk
