2026/0927/CAT - Works to a tree in a Conservation Area Pending

Proposal

(T1) 1 no. Beech tree overhanging neighbouring property on opposite side of the stream. There is one lateral which is standing a long way proud of all surrounding foliage. Preference is to completely remove this limb back to a branch collar pruning cut on the main stem as shown by the purple line but if the council strongly opposes the complete removal then a heavy reduction back to the red lines shown will give the best crown rebalance whilst retaining that limb.
