Works to building comprising of: (i) the removal of the existing entrance door and insertion of a new entrance door; (ii) the installation of a new entrance surround including low level uplighters; (iii) the creation of a roof terrace and associated works; (iv) the removal of louvres at roof level and the infilling with glazing and cladding; (v) the installation of lighting on the façade; (vi) and all associated works.
