Description

Variation of conditions 1, 11, 16, 24 and 25 of planning permission dated 19 October 2020 (RN: 20/03222/FULL) for the partial demolition and reconstruction of enlarged rear extension with additional storey; formation of terraces at ground, fourth, fifth and sixth floor levels; excavation to extend existing basement level; installation of plant machinery; internal alterations including installation of new grand stair; and associated external alterations in connection with increase in office floorspace (Class B1). NAMELY, to make changes to the approved drawings to allow changes to extend the lift overrun, remodelling of the roofscape, introduction of a secondary external staircase, omission of sixth floor east elevation terrace, minor amendments to elevations, plant reconfiguration and internal design changes.
