Reasoning: T1 - Starting to interfere with guttering on adjacent structure. T2 - Has established within the wall. Bricks are showing signs of becoming loose. T3 - Exposed roots within wall border. Roots penetrated between bricks on support pillar. Large cracks in walls adjacent to tree.
