Reconfiguration of all flats across the ground, first, second, third, fourth and fifth floors. Removal of the Site B sixth floor and raising of the Site B fifth‑floor parapets to the corner block and raising of the second‑floor service yard parapet. Replication of the Site B third‑floor layout at fourth‑floor level to the middle block on Coopers Lane. Introduction of a new 1‑bed unit and associated access changes at Site B fifth‑floor level. Amendments to Conditions 5, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, 28, 30, 31 and 32 . These conditions have been updated to distinguish between Site A and Site B, as Site A is now complete and development of Site B has not yet commenced.
