To revise the wording of conditions 7, 19, 24, 27, 30 & 35 of permission 70427/FUL to separate the conditions into two parts to allow the pre-occupation conditions for Phase 1 (the new student village) and Phase 2 (the parkland) to be discharged in a phased manner.
