Tree works T6 Holly - reduce 2x branches to north by 4.0 metres length. Reduce to provide 1.0 metre canopy clearance to adjacent offsite building profile. T9 Plane - reduce branch length all round by 5.0 metres. Thin internal branching by 20%. Reduce to provide 2.5 metres clearance to building profile. T10 Plane - reduce branch length all round by 5.0 metres to previous points of reduction. Remove lowest branch to east at 9.0 metres back to main stem. T11 Plane - reduce crown to approximately 12.0 metres height equal to approximately 9.0 metres of existing top growth and further reduce laterally by up to 4.0 metres to leave balanced. Extent of reduction proposed to reduce stem loading. Provide minimum 1.5 metres canopy clearance around building profile. T12 Magnolia - reduce to provide 1.0 metre clearance to building profile. T13 Lime (x4) - re-pollard and remove epicormic growth. T14 Lime (x3) - re-pollard to 11.0 metres height and remove epicormic growth tight to base/ground level. T15 Lime (x4) - re-pollard at 7.0-7.5 metres and remove epicormic growth tight to base/ground level.
