PA26/2348 - Works to Trees Under TPO Recommendation under review

Proposal

WB1 – Whitebeam 1: Prune the crown to provide approximately 1.5 metres clearance from the building elevation and reduce lateral growth to provide approximately 0.5 metres clearance beyond the kerb line, preventing branches from encroaching over the carriageway. The works are required to maintain appropriate clearance from the building and highway and to prevent interference with passing traffic. WB2 – Whitebeam 2: Prune the crown to provide approximately 1.5 metres clearance from the building elevation and reduce lateral growth to provide approximately 0.5 metres clearance beyond the kerb line, preventing branches from encroaching over the carriageway. The works are required to maintain appropriate clearance from the building and highway and to prevent interference with passing traffic. PH1 – Photinia 1: Reduce the overall height and spread by approximately 25%, trimming into a compact, rounded form, and lift the lower growth clear of the adjacent wall. The works are required to maintain the hedge in an appropriate size and shape and to prevent contact with the wall. BPT1 – Bay: Reduce the crown back to previous pruning points and trim the sides to maintain the existing hedge form. The works are required to maintain the tree at an appropriate size and preserve its established shape. Data via plota.co.uk
