T2; Oak (Quercus robur) (positioned side of the driveway) - Crown clean, removing dead wood, crossing branches and 10% thin by removal of some epicormic growth; Crown raised to 4 metres above the driveway. Roadside crown raised by 5.5 metres. T3; Oak (Quercus robur) (positioned side of the driveway) - Crown clean, removing dead wood, crossing branches and 10% thin by removal of some epicormic growth; Crown raised by 4 metres above driveway; Roadside crown raised by 5.5 metres; NW facing side reduced by 20% to provide clearance between canopy and nearby property; Remaining canopy reduced where required to maintain a natural balanced shape. T4: Leylandii (Leyland cypress) - Remaining timber on tree to be dismantled leaving stem at fence height. Group 1: Multiple Leylandii (Leyland cypress) (located along the left side of the rear garden) - Remove, leaving stumps as close to ground level as possible. T5 & T6: Oak, (Quercus robur) are to be crown clean by removing dead wood, crossing branches and 10% thin by removal of some epicormic growth. T7; Oak (Quercus robur) (bottom of garden) - Remove and leave stem at approx 8ft. T8; Oak (Quercus robur) - Crown clean, removing all dead wood, crossing branches and 10% thin by removal of some epicormic growth. Remaining canopy reduced by 20%.
