East Molesey Kent Town Conservation Area - 1. Acacia rear garden LHS. Crown Reduction. Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 3-4 metres. Approximately to but not beyod previous points of reduction. Crown lift to 6m all round at base and remove deadwood greater than 10mm diameter. All pruning cuts shall be made to suitable secondary growth points and shall maintain a stable platform for the expected regrowth. Height pre 19m post 16m crown spread pre 14m post 11m. Acacia tree on boundary between gardens, works are to reduce back from buildings and allow light into adjacent areas, tree is getting too large for its position.
