Proposal
G1 x3 Poplar trees - situated along the northern/NW boundary of the allotment- are overhanging active allotment plots that are used regularly throughout the year - weight reduction on southern side of the trees only, focusing the pruning on the branches that are most likely to fail in the near future (next 2-3 years). Job specification: G1 - Row of poplar trees, crown reduce the southern aspect of the trees only, reducing the lateral branches that are growing over the plots/most prone to limb failure, by reducing them by approximately 30-50% in length. This will reduce the risk of failure from occurring down to a tolerable level. Due to the nature of these trees, there is still inherent risks associated with them. Data via plota.co.uk
