26/AP/3023 - Works to a Tree with a TPO Under consideration/assessment

Proposal

Works to tree with a TPO: T1 - Sycamore - remove deadwood. Approximately 18m in height. No reduction to height or crown spread. Remove all deadwood over 50mm diameter throughout the crown, with an aerial inspection of the crown carried out during the works. A mature Sycamore standing at the far end of the rear garden. A ground-based inspection found dead limbs in the upper crown, concentrated on one side of the tree, where the foliage is also thinner than on the other side; the main stem showed no structural defects from the ground. The dead limbs on the declining side extend over neighbouring gardens, which are in regular use and offer no controlled drop zone. Data via plota.co.uk

The Environment Agency flood map for planning. Councils use it to decide when a flood risk assessment and the sequential test are needed. It is indicative and does not show whether a particular property will flood.
