G1: Various Cypress to be removed to due poor form and to improve garden area. Cypress to the north to be removed due to close proximity to house and listed brick wall G2: Two Holm Oaks. The Oak has a historic cable brace. The brace will be retained and the decayed limb will be carefully reduced by 1.5 metres to lessen chances of failure. The Oak closest to pool house will have overhang reduced back from pool house by 1.5 metres to prevent encroachment. G3: Line of boundary Birch: these trees are to be crown-reduced by 1.5 metres to maintain. This will also allow light onto pool area. G4: Pine and Beech to be removed to prevent encroachment on tennis court. T1: Walnut. This tree has a number of storm damaged limbs within the crown. These limbs should be removed and the remainder of the crown carefully reduced by 1.5 metres. T2: Cypress to be removed to improve garden area. T3: Spruce to be removed to improve garden area.
