26/04354/TR - Tree Works Decided

Proposal

T2 Sycamore tree, but the species is not listed on the TPO Tree to be fully felled and stump ground down by a professional arborist. Tree is to be cut down in sections and lowered to the ground on our property. Reasons; Tree is taking up a lot of ours and our neighbour's properties, and has grown too large. Branches and leaves regularly fall into ours and our neighbours properties, and we are concerned that larger branches could begin to fall, becoming a danger to us, our garage, and car directly underneath the tree. Sap from the tree and bird faeces are causing significant damage to our car and land. Replanting - we have no plans to plant a replacement tree, but are happy to consider replacement if this is necessary for the removal of the tree. Data via plota.co.uk
