26/01256/TPO - Tree Preservation Order Current

Proposal

I wish to remove the following from a single ash tree one subsidiary trunk, the 2m stump of a previously removed trunk, part of a branch overhanging my neighbour's property. The reasons for removal are to improve the overall health of the surrounding trees, maintain the amenity value of the group of trees, minimise the risk of branches falling into my neighbour's garden. I do not wish to plant a replacement because no tree is being felled. several trees have been planted since the TPO was established (copper beech, English oak and hornbeam) there really isn't space in the garden… Data via plota.co.uk
