TPO26/133 - Works to a tree with a TPO Pending Consideration

Proposal

I would like permission to cut back some of the branches, including the top of the tree. The beech tree is becoming extremely large with branches over-reaching to my neighbours and we are receiving complaints about beech nuts and branches falling onto neighbouring property. I have always had concerns about the tree falling and so would like to keep the height trimmed so that it doesn't reach the property, should it fall. Data via plota.co.uk
