Description
Group (approx 8/9) TPO beech trees (G1) forming a boundary planting to the rear of the property on the border of 3 Parkside Avenue and 5 Parkside Avenue. Proposed works are crown reduction of the the entire group G1 by up to 3-4 metres reducing to suitable secondary growth points whilst maintaining the natural outline lateral reduction of overhanging branches affecting garage roof (front elevation) 3-4 metres above to provide clearance over garage and car port. Lateral clearance over rear boundary line. The neighbours are being impacted by the rear growth of the trees causing boundary encroachment and overhang. Crown thinning by 15-20% to reduce density and allow light penetration during summer removal of dead, damaged or crossing branches throughout the canopy retention of overall tree structure and character reason: G1 form a clear boundary line and have been previously reduced with subsequent regrowth. Works required as part of ongoing cyclical maintenance to: Maintain trees at an appropriate size for the location prevent encroachment into garage/ carport and overhanging into neighbours property (5 Parkside Avenue) maintain long term health and structural balance… Data via plota.co.uk
