26/00052/TPO - Fell/Prune Trees In A TPO Awaiting decision

Proposal

Tree works T2 Fell or prune one Ash tree with stage 3 ash dieback. This tree is set back from the road the aim of the works is to reduce the risk to the highway by removing sufficient branch structure to remove potential for failure on to the highway and retain remaining parts of the tree as a standing stem and to allow it to decline naturally within the field. Due to the unpredictable nature of wood infected by ash dieback its not possible to provide a detailed specification and the felling of the whole tree may be the only safe option.
