The importation of clean (inert) soil onto the field to raise the land levels evenly across the field by up to 1.5m, in order to improve the drainage of the field so that the field is more productive and can be used for grazing throughout the year. Surface water will continue to drain into the drainage ditches to the southern and eastern boundaries of the site and into the Pond on west side of the field.
