The tree is marked "Tree" on the sketch plan "2 Parkfields Tree.jpeg", situated at the front right boundary of the property on the corner of 2 Parkfields and Howards Lane, SW15 6NH. The application is to remove the tree, as the tree roots have grown through the underground drain pipes and, separately, the tree roots have caused the external boundary wall to crack. The previous owner of 2 Parkfields had the wall crack remediated, however the wall has been damaged again by the tree roots and this will only get worse over time.
