Proposal
T1 and T2 _Apple trees height 5m crown spread 4m - both are growing either side of the Main access road into the house. These are blocking any Emergency Vehicles from reaching the house up the drive. The Client is happy to replant 4 more fruit trees, 2 apple and 2 pear in the lawn near the river. T3 - Pine height- 14m crown spread 7m - One of 3 that have been removed this one has been retained, Dismantle to ground level to exceeded windloading. There has been 2 neighboring trees removed leaving this Tree very exposed to increased wind loading. There are signs of multiple limb failure within the canopy and the client has cleared up multiple branches, which fail in the high winds. Recommended to fell and replant x2 tree species, One Blue Atlas cedar and a monkey puzzle. Please see pictures attached the Trunk is flared lower down on the main stem approx 1.5m from the ground.
