Description

We are in the process of purchasing 212 Burley Lane, Quarndon. We anticipate becoming the owners in the period late October to early November. When we move in the removals lorries will need reasonable access to the property. There are branches from some of the trees at the front of the property that are hanging low and are likely to make access for the removals lorries difficult. The removal of a small number of low branches will improve the access considerably. Please see drawing BL1 - plan of trees close to road access - 212 Burley Lane, Quarndon The position of three trees is shown on the drawing. There are many other trees on the property also. Three or four lower branches from the identified trees are hanging low. This will make the positioning of the removals lorry difficult to allow us to move into the property. These branches are in the order 3 to 4 inches in diameter. The removal will be of no significant impact and the trees will not suffer from the removal. The trees are all large and the amount to be removed will constitute less than 1% of each tree. Data via plota.co.uk
