26/00307/TPC - Tree In A Conservation Area Approved

Proposal

T1 Field Maple ( Acer campestre) This tree is growing at an acute angle of a soft bank over a road due to being suppressed by dominant lime behind. As this trees canopy growth it will be adding to the weight and leverage at the base. This tree is likely to heave or fail at the base in the future. As it is a low amenity value i would recommend to felling. T2 Beech ( Fagus sylvatica ) This tree is also be suppressed by the lime with very little leaf in the gangly upper canopy. This tree is also at risk of failing due to leverage and the soft bank. It also is a low amenity value ill recommend felling this tree too. Data via plota.co.uk
