P2026/1450/TRE - Tree Works Notification in Conservation Area Approved

Proposal

This 12m mature triple-stem sycamore located on the rear boundary line has been reduced previously. Some of the regrowth is growing over the rear neighbour's garden on Doves Yard. The tree is located right on the rear boundary and although it has been reduced back to the boundary before the reactionary growth has grown laterally over the rear neighbour's garden. This cant be stopped, all we can do is reduce the tree, not stop it growing. Suggested work: - crown reduction - reduce the height 2m back to previous reduction points - reduce the lateral regrowth 1.5m back to previous reduction points, leaving shortened furnishing growth Ivy grows up the rear boundary wall giving a nice green end to the bottom of the garden. It has now grown up and over the wall and the rear neighbour on Doves Yard is complaing. Suggested work: - reduce height of ivy to 1.5m below the top of the wall - trim remaining ivy back to contain… Data via plota.co.uk
