T2 - Monterey Pine - It is recommended that the leaning branch from the Monterey pine that extends above the neighbouring garden is pruned back to remove the over-extended section over the adjoining property and reduce the lever arm acting on the branch union, thereby lowering the risk of branch failure into the neighbouring garden while maintaining a balanced crown where practicable this is approximately 1.5 metres in length.
