In summary: PHASE 1 - 2026: East Boundary St.Pauls Hill Trees: T012, T013, T014, T015, T016, T017, T018, T019,T020, T021, G003, G004, G005, G006, G007, G008, G009, G010, G015 General maintenance work: Maintain a full 6m ground clearance with a crown lift of secondary and tertiary growth Branch reduction away from far side of road and pavement by 2 -2.5m from property walls & fences Remove hanging branches horizontal & below of secondary and tertiary growth to mitigate risk & harm to the public within 6m crown height zone or any assessed as weakened by professional Tree Surgeon (photos needed both before and after) For trees near buildings: Lateral branch & foliage reduction to 2.5 - 3m from buildings Remove deadwood, epicormics on trunks, suckers etc Remove any plant growth on stems e.g. Ivy Additional Tree Specific work: T001 - This tree has a substantial horizontal lower limb & some smaller ones that hang perilously close above the carport which need removal. A ~ 4.6m crown lift would greatly reduce risk of similar limbs and some that overhang low over the boundary wall & public park. T012 Remove limb touching fence (see Photo in Survey), Further crown lift & reduction above road T013, T014, T016 Reduce crown away from building to provide up to 2.5m clearance. T017 Assess codominate stem & liaise with Tree Officer, and conduct work accordingly. T020 - Assess cocomiante stem & liaise Tree Officer, and conduct work accordingly. T021 2.5 - 3m Crown reduction to building side G005 - Assess 2 stems occluded to barbed wire & conduct work accordingly. Remove if needed. G015 Lateral crown reduction facing building to 2 - 2.5m to previous cut points On first tree near carparkRemove phototrophic growth & reduce crown to clear wall & lamp post completely Internal Estate Medium Trees: Trees: T005, T028, T029, T031, T032, T033, T034, T035, T036 These trees have generally overgrown the area & impact road usage, carpark & signage so… Data via plota.co.uk
