Remove all arisings from property. [H1] CONIFER (Leylandii) Neglected former hedgerow now over house roofline. To bring hedge back to boundary would a) look unsightly b) undermine the integrity of the hedge. Incorrect species for location and removal and replanted is recommend. Fell hedge to ground level and replace with appropriate species in autumn 2026. OR Crown lift to provide approximately 2.0m clearance from roof, ridge and soffit line back to source at main stem.
