The tree is in decline, exhibiting crown dieback, reduced vigour and deadwood associated with ash dieback disease. Mitigation: Plant two heavy standard pedunculate oak (Quercus robur) trees as close as practicable to the original location, with maintenance and replacement of failures for a period of five years in accordance with BS 8545:2014.
