26/01470/TPC - Tree In A Conservation Area Withdrawn

Proposal

T1 magnolia to be submitted as TPO application. The removal of the dead codominant stem on T2 Holly is required to eliminate a potential hazard and prevent further decline or structural weakness within the tree. Deadwood can pose a risk of falling and may also contribute to decay spreading into the remaining live structure if not addressed. It is proposed to remove the dead codominant stem in its entirety. The remaining stem will then be reduced in height by approximately 2 metres, pruning back to suitable growth points to maintain the tree?s health and structural integrity. Additionally, the lateral branches will be pruned to create a more uniform and balanced shape, enhancing both the tree's appearance and long-term stability. Data via plota.co.uk
