Proposal

Oak (T1) Crown lift to 5m from ground level and crown thin by 20% - to support the ongoing health and balanced growth of the tree. Thinning will reduce canopy density and wind loading, while lifting the crown will maintain safe clearance and improve light penetration. Oak (T2) Crown lift to 5m from ground level and crown thin by 20% - to provide approximately 2m clearance from the house, reducing the risk of branch contact with the property. Thinning will also help rebalance the canopy and promote healthy, sustainable growth. Ash (T4) Remove to near ground level - due to signs consistent with potential Ash Dieback. Felling is proposed on safety grounds to prevent future failure. Pine (T5) Crown lift by removing the lowest branch (approx. 6m) - The lowest limb is drooping significantly, causing obstruction and limiting clearance. Lifting this branch will improve access and maintain the tree's form. Sycamore (T6) Crown thin by 20% - to maintain the tree's structure, reduce canopy density, and support long-term health by removing congested or suppressed growth. Data via plota.co.uk
