Proposal
T1 - Maple - fell 8m in height. Fell tree to ground level, leaving a 1m stump. A mature Maple within the grounds of the Greenwich Carers Centre. The tree has extensive dieback, with only 10% live crown remaining and no reasonable prospect of recovery. It is positioned directly over the public footpath and the main building entrance, and in its declining condition presents an unacceptable hazard from falling deadwood and limb failure. Felling is proposed to remove the risk to public safety. A native pollinator will be planted as a replacement. Data via plota.co.uk
