Application to determine if prior approval is required for a proposed the existing access to this part of the holding is located in close proximity to the junction of Pannal Road and the A658 John Metcalf Way. The proposed new access will relocate the point of entry to the holding, at a point approximately 35m from the classified road junction, significantly improving highway safety.
