T1 Magnolia (Magnolia spp.) - Crown reduction in height by approximately 2 to 2.5 metres, with corresponding lateral branch reductions to reshape and balance the canopy. All pruning cuts to be made cleanly back to suitable flowing growth points or parent branches, preserving the natural form and structural integrity of the specimen. Reason for Works: To manage the overall scale of the tree while restoring uniform balance and aesthetics. G2 - Mixed Species Group (Lilac, Holly, Hawthorn) - Linear reduction of mixed understory vegetation and hedging to align uniformly with the existing hedge line. Canopy tops to be levelled to a crisp datum line, with the outer faces lightly trimmed back. (Approx 4 small stems that have been missed over the years during hedge cutting).
