There were also numerous oak seedling appearing in the more open areas. As well as tree 84 there are several other dead elms that need removing, including some near the paved area at the back of Woodland Lodge. FELL DEAD ELMS G10 - Dense undergrowth, mainly laurel near the path with a mix of sycamore lime and ash along the west boundary. There is also a more open patch of young ash and elm to the west of the Horticultural Society shed. There are also dead elms on the south boundary opposite the flats.
