Proposal
Five Day Notice. T1 Silver Birch tree located at the front of the property: remove. The tree has suffered severe structural failure and poses an imminent danger to life and property. As professional arborists, we have assessed the tree and found the following critical defects: * A heavy structural lean at a 45-degree angle directed entirely towards the client's house, driveway, and garage. * A severe, through-and-through split at the base of the trunk, extending approximately 2 feet upwards. You can see completely through the stem. * The canopy is in a state of rapid decline, and the tree is actively creaking in the wind, indicating that catastrophic failure is imminent. The immediate target areas if this tree fails are the house, driveway, and garage. Data via plota.co.uk

Checked on 6 October 2026. The pin for this application is the centre of its postcode rather than the building, so distances to nearby designations are measured from the postcode and can be out by the width of the postcode area. Historic England, the Environment Agency, Natural England, Transport for London (public transport access levels, Powered by TfL Open Data, OGL v3.0, contains OS data © Crown copyright and database right 2025) and council datasets, Open Government Licence. A boundary can run through a site and the council holds the definitive record: confirm with the council before relying on this.
